Jackie & Danny / Naples Barn Wedding

The dad’s voice almost cracked as he looked into his daughter’s eyes and told her he’ll miss her. He’ll miss seeing her every day like when she used to live with them. This really is a bitter sweet moment for every parent. The joy of seeing the daughter so happy and in love, knowing she’ll be taken care of, and that she’ll soon have a family of her own. Those happy tears, accompanied by the fact that you might not see her as much as before. There is also a sense of pride for all her life’s accomplishments. So many emotions rushing through the mind right in that moment. What words to choose? Words can never fully express how one feels. But it’s ok, because a daughter will somehow always understand those feelings and the words not expressed.
